"Our Safety Compliance"

West Coast Iron & Erection, Inc. is extremely exited about its new addition to our company: West Coast Safety Compliance.  Our goal is to work not only as your steel erector, but also as your construction safety consultant.  By working with our clients from the pre-construction stages, we can help to insure that your projects remain safe and are built on time.  Our objective is to help the project at every stage, from time lines, to lost control.

West Coast Safety Compliance team leader, Bill Troxel, has over 18 years of experience in the industrial and commercial industry.  His passion for job site safety has been part of the reason for our low mod rate of 0.83.  Bill states that the reason we are successful is that our job site foreman have bought into our safety program.  One of the main reasons for starting West Coast Safety Consulting is that we have noticed a need for job site safety in the commercial and industrial trades.  West Coast Iron has stepped up to the plate.  Now we are committed to helping other contractors do the same.

We here at West Coast are proud to introduce the "Care" program: 

Communication - Open lines of communication between suppliers and genral contractors regarding work site responsibilities, scheduling and job site safety requirements.  

Awareness - Pre-job qualification and estimating followed by pre-job investigation report of field conditions. 

Responsibility - Subcontractor, genral contractor and employees involvement implementing and maintaining the written safety program.

Environment - Review field Conditions, investigation report and maintain a safe working environment.

All employees are responsible for using safe work practices, for following all directives, policies and procedures, and for participating in a safe work environment.
